We have been making cookies in our small bakery in the market town of Dunmanway – “The Friendly Heart of West Cork” – since 2003.
In the beginning, we made our cookies by hand through necessity, then realized how much better they were made that way, rather than on a machine. So that’s how we’re doing them still.
