We have been making cookies in our small bakery in the beautiful countryside outside the market town of Dunmanway – “The Friendly Heart of West Cork” – since 2003.
We started making our cookies by hand through necessity, then realized how much better they were made that way, rather than on a machine.
Very soon, “Cookies of Character” will be in brand-new packaging, under the name “West Cork Biscuit Co.” Look out for news here on the website!
