We have been making cookies and Café Bars in our small bakery in the beautiful countryside outside the market town of Dunmanway – “The Friendly Heart of West Cork” – since 2003.
We started making our cookies by hand through necessity, then realized how much better they were made that way, rather than on a machine.
Cookies of Character are available in retail packs, three varieties, in outers of six packets, and Gift Boxes, three varieties, also in outers of six packs.
